Facilities for UB1 members and associates include:

• a large outdoor pool with indoor change rooms, showers and washrooms
• two tennis courts, one of which includes pickleball court lines and,
• a paved basketball court

Please note that roller blades and roller skates are not allowed on the tennis courts nor the basketball courts as they damage the surface.

On-going maintenance for the facilities is planned and budgeted for on an annual basis. Members and associates are asked to help keep the facilities well maintained by abiding by all facility rules and by volunteering for annual and on-going clean up.
