It is quiet in the Upper Beechwood 1 community. This is not as \nexpected as we look forward to Spring BUT as it should be during this \nunprecedented time of the global coronavirus (COVID -19) pandemic. As \nfear of the unknown is creating anxiety, it is comforting to see the \ncommunity respecting the seriousness of the spread of the virus – \nquarantining when necessary and practicing \u2018social distancing\u2019 in order \nthat we all may be safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Life today is different and it is challenging us to slow down and \nconsider what is important \u2013 to be creative in our communications with \nfriends and love ones, to enjoy the outdoors in independent activities, \nto find new ways to exercise our minds and bodies during this pause in \norder to keep healthy, and to reach out with kindness to help those who \nmay be in need at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
