{"id":423,"date":"2020-05-27T19:50:00","date_gmt":"2020-05-28T00:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/upperbeechwood.com\/?p=423"},"modified":"2020-05-27T20:05:42","modified_gmt":"2020-05-28T01:05:42","slug":"reminder-about-ub1-facility-use","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/upperbeechwood.com\/?p=423","title":{"rendered":"Reminder about UB1 Facility Use"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We are happy to see the tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts getting lots of use.&nbsp;We would like to remind you that the Ontario government&#8217;s&nbsp;emergency order banning gatherings of more than five people, with the exception of those who live together, is still in place.Therefore, please follow&nbsp;the following rules:&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Basketball court<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>No groups larger than five may use the court at one time<\/strong>, unless they are from the same household<\/li><li>Please respect your time allotment on the court<\/li><li>Play at one basket if others are waiting to use the court<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately,if these rules are not followed, city bylaw will (and has been) contacted. If groups of more than five are seen on the court, UB1 neighbours can call the City of Waterloo Bylaw Office at:<br><strong>519-747-8785<\/strong>&nbsp;(during business hours) or<br><strong>519-570-9777<\/strong>&nbsp;(after hours).<br><br><strong>Tennis and Pickle Ball courts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Only singles are to play unless they are members of the same household<\/li><li>Please register for a court time on the signup sheet at the back of court 1. Please bring a pen.
