Week Six Activities – Arts Week!

Hey UB1, I hope you had fun with last week’s Outer Space theme. This week we will celebrate the arts! Get excited for a creative at home craft, and UB1’s Talent Night on Wednesday!
 

Make-it Monday

This week you will be making dream catchers at home! Look at the pictures below for some inspiration. You can use a hard bracelet, a paper plate with the centre cut out, or anything circular to wrap your yarn around. Hang down a few pieces of yarn with some beads or feathers, and you have yourself a homemade dream catcher!

Family Talent Night on Wednesday

This Wednesday, August 12th is UB1’s Talent Night! Families will be spaced out on the basketball courts. Fill in this sign up form if you plan on attending! Families will be socially distanced on the basketball courts. Please bring your own chairs or blankets to sit on. There will be no shared equipment provided, meaning no mats on the ground. Bring anything you may need from home, if possible. If there is anything you think we can provide, such as a speaker, please indicate that when filling out the google form. We look forward to seeing your talents!
