Spotlight

Get to know your UB1 Board of Directors!

Andrea Molckovsky, Tennis Director

Andrea, her husband Bogdan, and their three children have lived in the UB1 neighbourhood for 5 years. Andrea and her family regularly use the tennis and pickleball courts at UB1 and her middle child, Olivia, volunteers with the junior tennis program.

Andrea joined the UB1 board in 2022 as Tennis Director because she wanted to become more involved in the community, especially as sports and social activities reopened post-COVID. She is doing a terrific job managing the junior tennis lesson program and has recently introduced a new online sign-up process for booking the courts, and has organized pickleball workshops.

Andrea works full-time in health care, and otherwise tries to spend as much time with her family as possible. Tennis has been a great way to bond as a family, and pickleball is a great sport for people of all ages!

The UB1 Board of Directors is always interested in recruiting directors from our covenant membership and members or associates who would like to volunteer on a committee to help serve the UB1 community. If you would like to get involved in your UB1 community, please contact Monica Heinrich, President, for more information.

Have a good week!
